Missing Number Plates Chaos

For Heidi Brown getting Number Plates for her new scooter proved to be more difficult than usual. Heidi had taken the brand new Taishan Sport scooter to her local DVLA office over the weekend, and been told by a security guard that she could leave it in the car park ready to be inspected on Monday.

 

Unfortunately for Heidi after the inspection, workers at a local Inland Revenue office called police about a suspicious vehicle with no number plates in the town centre. In the drama that followed part of Ipswich centre was closed for four hours and the scooter was blown up in a controlled explosion by the army. Heidi has since received all the paperwork declaring her bike roadworthy and has recived her new number plates.
